
Sampada Shevde is an expert consultant in deafblind education with extensive experience in training, program development, and advocacy. A 1999 graduate of Perkins International’s rigorous Educational Leadership Program, she has successfully initiated collaborations with government organizations and routinely delivers trainings while working closely with teachers and families in the community. She has previously worked for Sense International, India, and the Helen Keller Institute for Deaf & Deafblind. Over the years, her roles have included training manager, principal, coordinator, and special educator. She has also consulted and conducted trainings and workshops throughout India and Southeast Asia.
